Return Policy


How do I start the return or exchange process?

To get started on your return, please contact ASAP through the contact me page.

Returned items must be returned in original packaging. Please purchase insurance and return the label for the package prior to returning the package. Provide tracking number to seller.

Return to sender package will be not accepted and it will be non refundable.


In the first 14 days, if you are not happy with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or refund once the item received.


The FULL AMOUNT PAID for your item will be credited toward your new item. 

Store Credit

The FULL AMOUNT PAID for your item will be applied as a store credit 


For refunds, the FULL AMOUNT PAID for your item will be refunded to your original payment method. Shipping is non-refundable. 

Refund Processing  may take 3 to 5 days. 

After 14 days of receipt of your order, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Color Differences-Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your computer screen may be slightly different than the painting you receive.  

Additional Information
Commissioned Paintings will be placed on my schedule to be started once payment received. NOTE: Commissioned, CUSTOM paintings can be exchanged or 50% of the price of commissioned is considered a non-refundable fee for the artists time and material costs in creating a piece specific to clients personal requests.
